We offer dog training services to help improve your dog's behaviour and obedience. Our training methods are based on positive and negative reinforcement techniques.

As the dog owner, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your dog's health, behaviour, and any relevant history. Please inform us of any medical conditions

Training fees and payment schedules will be discussed and agreed upon before the training sessions begin. Payments should be made on time as per the agreed terms.

Refunds for prepaid training packages are subject to our discretion and may be prorated based on the completed training sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel a training session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your booking fee. All refunds will incur a 2.5% fee which will be removed from your booking fee.

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your dog during training, we are not liable for any injury or loss that may occur during or after the training sessions.

While our training methods are effective, the success of training depends on various factors, including your dog's breed, age, temperament, and consistency in applying the training techniques.

We respect your privacy, and any personal information shared during the training process will be kept confidential.

We may request to capture photographs or videos of your dog during the training process. These may be used for promotional purposes with your consent.

If we recommend or provide training equipment, it is your responsibility to use it safely and properly, following the instructions provided.

If your dog exhibits aggressive behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate or modify the training program for the safety of all involved.

We may terminate the training services if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog or due to a breach of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
